Terms and Conditions

• As the buyer, you are the only user who is permitted to have direct access to the files provided by Nexon Workshop. You are not permitted to distribute, copy, or disassemble the files provided. This includes, but is not limited to, ripping the files and/or textures included within your purchase, sharing the files both for free or in exchange for money, and making copies of the file which you will not be using for personal use. The only exception to this rule is if the product(s) are to be used in any role playing FiveM (or other modified multiplayer services) Communities, in which case, Nexon Workshops must be notified prior to the transfer of any money. In this scenario, the products must only be shared with one other person with access to the hosting area of the FiveM game server, and it must be stated to this external party that the product(s) cannot and must not be used if the original buyer no longer wishes for it to be used and/or Nexon Workshops revokes permission for the original buyer to use the product.
• You cannot claim any product(s) provided by Nexon Workshops to be your own work or share them under this pretence. You must NEVER share the product in exchange for money, and if you do so, legal action will be taken.
• Textures cannot be modified differently to how they are provided. This means vehicle models which are provided with skins must only be used with the original skin. If you wish to use your own skin, this must be created from scratch and not a modification of the skin included with the files.
• Products are provided ‘as–is’, and therefore after an exchange of money products will not be modified custom to you. Any custom modifications must be discussed and agreed to prior to the transfer of money, or an additional fee will be required to complete the
  customisation.

Section 2 – Installation Support

• After the transaction has been processed, some support may be provided regarding installation of the files. The team will attempt to
  help where possible, however please note, we do not regularly use GTA:V Singleplayer/LSPDFR so are unable currently to provide
  specific support for this. Our purchasable products will be provided with both FiveM and Single-Player Add-On versions as standard so limited support will be offered with installation. Please consider YouTube tutorials to assist with any queries. 

Section 3 – Product usage in FiveM Communities & Servers

• If products are being purchased for use in FiveM, this MUST be specified before any transaction takes place. The Nexon Workshops team will ask for the name of the FiveM community and wherever possible, an invite to a Discord server. This must be provided or permission to use in FiveM is not permitted.
• For permission to be granted for usage in FiveM, the buyer personally must be an administrator or owner of the FiveM server, and have direct access themselves to the area the files are hosted in. This is to ensure only the buyer needs to possess the files at any given time as to avoid a breach of Section 1 pertaining to the sharing and distribution of purchased files.
• If the buyer purchases any product(s) with the intention of using them in FiveM, but later wishes to use the files in Single Player, this is permitted and does not require explicit permission to do so.

Section 4 – Ownership & Rights termination

• All product(s) will always remain property of Nexon Workshop, including post–sale, and are never solely property of the buyer. The buyer is merely paying for a right to use the product whilst Nexon Workshops permits it.
• Nexon Workshops Team Members reserve the right to revoke access and permission to use any product(s) at any time for valid reasons. If this is to take place, the buyer will be notified of the reason and, where appropriate/possible, with evidence. If Nexon Workshops sees fit to take this action, it will apply to all product(s) purchased from Nexon Workshops. This means if a revocation of rights is applied, no products the buyer has purchased are to be used in any setting without permission.

Section 5 – Transactions & Refunds

• Transactions are currently only taken via one method, Stripe. Orders placed through the Nexon Workshop Website will be processed securely using the Stripe payment system. Custom Orders will also be paid for via Stripe however this will be discussed when the custom order is placed with the team.
• Custom Orders (i.e. products you wish to purchase or commission by Nexon Workshop that are not available for purchase already) will be placed and discussed via Tickets in our Discord. Payment will still be handled through Stripe. Please raise any queries in the Discord Ticket.

Refunds will not be provided in any of the following situations:
        – You no longer wish to use the product
        – The product has an issue which can be fixed by Nexon Workshops
        – Textures (Including but not limited to vehicle liveries/skins) need modifying
        – Your right to use the product has been revoked for a violation of the these Terms & Conditions
        – Orders are made via private methods, such as Discord Direct Messages. Orders will only be considered for a refund if the order and              transaction is made via the website or a Ticket in the Nexon Workshops Discord Server, where all Team Members are able to view               the full conversation.
        – An ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) or time frame is not met. All timeframes etc are only ever provided as an estimation, and are not             guaranteed.
        – There is a difference with a product you had not clarified before purchase, such as whether the model has an interior. Any queries                 such as this should be raised before sale and do not qualify for refunds.
        –  An order takes longer than required, or increases in cost, if the order is changed after beingplaced.
       – You decide to cancel your order after a Payment is made, if work has already been started.

• The issuing of refunds is not common, as the majority of models are provided in an ‘as–is’ state and where possible screenshots and/or showcases will be displayed to buyers before sale.
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to process and be sent, this is out of our control.

Section 6 – Unlocked and Development Resources

• Whilst the majority of the items we use are purchased from external developers, a small number of our items are modelled by us. These are somewhat available for purchase to be used in your own projects. The following terms apply when using these products if purchased:
  – They can only be used in locked setups and cannot be shared unlocked
  – Any released setups using the resources, must have credits to Nexon Workshop
  – You must not claim the items as your own or share them as such. 
  – Money can be exchanged for products which use our assets, however this must be in a locked form and you should notify Nexon Workshop of this.

Section 7 – Destruction or Degradation of Products

• If a product is somehow damaged or corrupted in any way, this will only be considered responsibility of Nexon Workshops if the issue occurs when the product is in its original state in which it was purchased. Products will not be responsibility of Nexon Workshops if the issue arises after your own use, modification or installation.
• Any issues which occur with your game installation/performance, hardware or software issues are not responsibility of Nexon Workshops and are solely your responsibility.

Section 8 – Exclusivity

• Products bought from Nexon Workshops will not inherently be exclusive to the buyer.
• Models which have previously been sold to any other buyer cannot be made exclusive, even for an additional fee. 
• Nexon Workshop no longer offers an exclusivity option (or associated fee) on it’s products. You may request a custom order is not listed for public sale however this is at the discretion of the team and if any enquiry is made about purchasing an unlisted item, this will not be refused on the basis non-listing has been requested.

Section 9 – Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

• Any transactions or payments will automatically count as your understanding and acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions. These terms will be shown pre–sale and are therefore non–disputable.
• Any issues or disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions must be made to the team via Discord tickets.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice, which we reserve the right to do. By making any form of payment for the exchange of goods, you are entering into an agreeance with Nexon Workshops to abide by these Terms & Conditions and understand that failing to adhere to these may result in legal action.
